ABOUT ME
Dr Tracey Dodd GAICD is a governance and climate policy expert with over 20 years of leadership experience across government, academia, and the private sector. She currently serves on the boards of Green Industries SA, the Australian Maths Trust, and Australian Dance Theatre, where she chairs governance and finance committees. Tracey is also Director of Sustainable Innovation Pty Ltd, advising on strategy and regulatory transformation. Her work includes intergovernmental reforms valued at $400M and oversight of project teams that have secured over $16M in economic and social development funding. Alongside her board roles, Tracey is Senior Lecturer at the Adelaide Business School, Visiting Professor at ISC Paris, and Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the University of Exeter. Her research focuses on ecological sustainability, public policy, ESG, and corporate governance, and has been published in leading journals such as Academy of Management Learning & Education and British Accounting Review. She is a lead facilitator for the Australian Institute of Company Directors' “Climate Governance for Australian Directors” course and was appointed Adjunct Associate Professor with the Governance Institute of Australia in 2024. Tracey holds a PhD from UniSA, a Master of Science from Carnegie Mellon University, and is a Graduate of the AICD with Order of Merit.
